By: Juan DeJesus, guest writer
Orange County knows music & if you’re looking for hot spots to catch all the new singles, head on down to Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim. This ultimate nightclub destination is soon to become Orange County’s hottest hang out. This 21+ experience is located at the Anaheim Garden Walk right next to Disneyland & California Adventure.
As new music never fails to be the most popular part of our week, a lot of artists are releasing CD’s in late September. With recent albums like Jay Z, Boys Like Girls & Drake, we can look forward to complete albums from many summer hits like ‘Obsessed’ & ‘Fire Burning’.
Straight out of Jamaica, rising star Sean Kingston releases his second studio album ‘Tomorrow’. With summer hits like ‘Fire Burning’ & ‘Face Drop’
Kingston is looking at great success. The Jamaican native is big on dance hits & keeps supplying us with the fire. Kingston delivers ‘Tomorrow’ today. Also scheduled to release today is ‘Attention: Deficit’ by Wale. Earlier this year Wale released his single ‘Chillin’ with pop diva Lady Gaga. Wale has been releasing little hits but nothing as big as this new single. Look forward to Wale’s release & more collaborations along the way.
With the recent & unexpected death of Michael Jackson, ‘Remix Suite Vol.3’ is also being released. The CD will include all new remixes of Michael &Jackson 5 classics. Jackson’s latest installment will also be released today. Next week, diva Mariah Carey will be dropping her highly anticipated new album ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’. Mimi released her summer smash ‘Obsessed’ a few months back in defense against rapper Eminem. The pop songstress denied all allegations of any romantic involvement with the rapper, calling for him to get a new obsession.
Music has such an impact on the world today. We hear music everywhere we go. A lot of the OC is into more pop selections like Lady Gaga & you can expect new music from Gaga later this year. Gaga is no stranger to the spotlight & not afraid to take risks. Monsters & play girls now inspire the iconic lady, we don’t know exactly what she has up her sleeve but we look forward to the innovative ways of Gaga. If you cant wait to hear the latest of Gaga then catch her on her recently announced North American Tour, ‘Fame Kills’, where she stars with Kanye West. The popular & outspoken duo will be taking on over 34 shows & expect to sell out. Tickets for November 15 at Honda Center & November 16 at Staples Center go on sale Saturday morning September 26 at 10 a.m. Tickets are available through Live Nation or Ticket master. Trust me Orange County, this is one concert you cannot miss out on.
By this time next week look forward to new releases from Madonna, Paramore, Barbra Streisand & Lynyrd Skynrd. If you can’t wait to purchase any or all of the albums then Itunes is the answer. Itunes has all of these albums available as same day release or you can preorder the albums. Preordered albums will download the same day as release & you can even gift the CD.
