The Orange County Sheriff’s Department provided additional information about the pair arrested for a noontime attempted burglary of a Rossmoor home.

Arrested were David Sutera, 34, Huntington Beach, and Brittany Early, 25, Newport Beach.

“The victim called 911, a broadcast went out, within a couple of minutes, deputies observed the truck,” OCSD Spokesman Jim Amormino told OC180NEWS. They stopped the suspects and conducted an in-field line up and the male suspect was positively identified.”

Amormino indicated the pair is being investigated to determine if they are connected to any other Rossmoor burglaries. The burglar attempted to pry the door with a wood chisel, which was recovered at the scene.
